How to Request Deletion

1. 1. Send a deletion request from the email address linked to your Fitness Way account, or include the email and phone number used for registration.
2. 2. Email the request to abdelrahmanali2310@gmail.com with the subject line Fitness Way Account Deletion Request.
3. 3. Include your full name and any account details needed to identify your profile.
4. 4. Support may contact you to verify account ownership before the deletion request is completed.

What Will Be Deleted

After verification, Fitness Way will delete or anonymize the account and associated personal data related to the request, including profile information, contact details, and account access records, except where retention is required by law or legitimate operational needs.

What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security logging, or enforcement of platform rules. Where data must be retained, it will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.

Processing Time

Fitness Way aims to review and process verified deletion requests within 7 business days.
