How to Request Account Deletion

Zone users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting our support team using the details below.

Steps

  1. 1. Send an account deletion request from the email address or phone number linked to your Zone account.
  2. 2. Contact us by email at sczone147@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +20 109 707 7419.
  3. 3. Include your full name and the phone number or email used in the account.
  4. 4. Our team may contact you to verify account ownership before deletion is completed.

What Will Be Deleted

Once verified, Zone will delete or anonymize personal account information associated with the request, such as profile details, contact information, and account access data, except where retention is required by law or legitimate operational needs.

What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for a limited period for legal compliance, fraud prevention, financial recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or enforcement of platform rules. This may include transaction history, support records, or security logs where required.

Processing Time

We aim to review and process deletion requests within 7 business days after identity verification.
